PLEASE NOTE: Wheeler Fields are privately owned and operated. Absolutely NO outside food or drinks or coolers will be allowed into the park. Water will be provided in the dugouts for the players. If you wish to bring your own food or drinks you are welcome to enjoy them in the parking lot.

Pitching Limit will be 27 Outs for the Tournament.
Time Limit - We will not start a new inning after 6 innings or 90 minutes.
The Championship Game will be 6 Innings. However, we will not start a new inning after 2 hours.
Pool Play Games - Will be played as follows - at the end of regulation time limit if the score is tied, it will be ruled a tie. A tie will be judged better than a loss but, but less than a win.
A Run Rule of 15 after 3; 8 after 4 will be in effect for this tournament.

Rain Out Policy: If a tournament has been canceled or rained out, the following guidelines will be used regarding refunds: (For those teams who have pre-paid) If your TEAM has played: NO games - FULL REFUND / ONE game - HALF REFUND / TWO games or more - NO REFUND.
There will be NO REFUNDS on Gate Admission. If you have concerns about the weather you are welcome to remain in your car until you feel that the weather will permit the game to be played. Once you have paid your gate admission there will be no refunds for any reason.
